Cancelling or rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before your workshop: full refund, or move to another date — whichever you’d prefer.

Less than 14 days’ notice: we’re not able to offer a refund, but we’ll do our best to help you transfer your place to someone else.

If we have to cancel

If we have to cancel — dangerous weather, or too few bookings to run the course safely — you’ll get a full refund or a free place on a future date, your choice.

Not attending

If you don’t turn up without letting us know in advance, no refund is given.
